Policies
One pool location
Our swimming lessons are conducted in a spacious rectangular pool that features both a 6 foot deep end and 3-4 foot shallow end. Additionally, we provide ample seating areas for parents to comfortably observe as the students learn from their swimming instructor.
Cancellation Policy
The only time a class will be cancelled is due to bad weather conditions and the cancellation will be communicated at the earliest convenience possible. If the student decides to cancel the lesson due to personal reasons please contact the instructor as early as possible.
Make up Policy
If the lesson is cancelled due to bad weather conditions then there will be a makeup class offered on a Saturday and the time for that make up lesson will be communicated at the earliest convenience possible. No other makeup classes will be offered other than if the instructor cancels the lesson.
Pool Safety Rules
The safety of our students is our top priority so please review these rules below:

The only time a student is allowed to be in the pool is when the instructor is already in the pool and the instructor will let the student know when it is time to start the lesson.

If there is lightning within 10 miles of the pool we will stop the lesson or cancel the lesson due to safety reasons. The instructor will regularly monitor the radar and keep the student or student's parents informed as to if the lesson will be canceled or delayed.

The only time the lesson will be canceled is if there's bad weather conditions including excessive rain, lighting, wind, or thunderstorms.

All of the lessons will start on time and end on time. We ask that students arrive five minutes before the lessons will begin.
